Cincinnati MD Resource Center had a very successful 2010, increasing hires 45% over 2009, one of our most productive years since inception. We were instrumental in the hiring of 32 physicians and one nurse practitioner in Greater Cincinnati.

We are a community based not-for-profit initiative of the Health Improvement Collaborative of Greater Cincinnati and provide a number of services to the health care community in Southwestern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana—all aimed at improving the quality of our community’s health care workforce.

Nicci brings 11 years of healthcare staffing and recruiting experience to the Cincinnati MD Resource Center.  Most recently, she served as the Area Manager for CareerStaff Unlimited, a nationwide healthcare staffing agency specializing in rehab therapy services.  In this role, Nicci led the operations of an office generating in excess of $5,000,000 in annual revenue netting over $500,000 in annual profit.  She has extensive experience in developing strategic sales and recruiting plans as well as business to business sales experience in a healthcare environment.  Over the years, she has developed a strong network of healthcare professionals throughout the Greater Cincinnati region.  Nicci earned a Bachelor’s degree from Xavier University and is working towards a Masters in Human Resources Development.

In 2004, Erika joined the Health Improvement Collaborative. Erika was previously a healthcare representative with Pfizer Inc. where she provided clinical data on numerous medications. Prior to that, she worked for Baptist Health South Florida in the Institutional Review Board (IRB) and Human Resources Department. She graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration and a minor in Marketing.
